1. Price and subscription
The service works through a monthly subscription of 2,99 € per month. The subscription renews each month until you request cancellation.
2. Permitted use
You can use the service to protect and encrypt your Internet connection from your personal devices.
Each account has a single active VPN configuration and is designed for one active connection at a time. If you import the same configuration on several devices, the active connection may switch to the last connected device and the others may stop working correctly.
3. Prohibited uses
- Any illegal activity under applicable law.
- Spam, network attacks, fraud, malware distribution or any form of abuse.
- Actions that harm the infrastructure or other users.
4. Responsible network use
The service is intended for normal personal use. It is not allowed to use an account in a way that degrades service quality for other users, saturates shared resources or jeopardises the stability of the infrastructure.
Abuse includes, among other cases, continuous use that consumes practically 100% of a server's available capacity, automating mass traffic, reselling access, sharing the account in an unauthorised way or generating a disproportionate load persistently.
5. Notices, limitation and account blocking
If we detect abusive or anomalous use, we may show notices in the dashboard, contact the user, temporarily limit the service, switch the server or block the account temporarily or permanently. Whenever reasonable, we will try to notify before applying a definitive measure.
In serious, repeated cases that are clearly harmful to the network or to third parties, we may block the account without prior notice.
6. Subscription cancellation
You can cancel whenever you want from your dashboard. Cancellation stops the monthly renewal and access is kept until the end of the period already paid.
7. Anonymity
We do not guarantee absolute anonymity. The service is based on WireGuard technology and encrypts your connection, but it does not make you impossible to track.
8. Liability
The user is solely responsible for how they use the service.
